City centre traffic disrupted by broken down bus
Traffic on a city centre road has been disrupted as work to recover a broken down bus takes place.
The First double deck has broken down in Hall Ings.
A recovery truck is on the scene but one lane is blocked while the work takes place.
The incident is causing heavier than normal traffic on Hall Ings and at Jacobs Well.
