THOUSANDS of people showed up to a Bradford shopping centre to meet a YouTube star today.

Child sensation Tiana Wilson came to town and her appearance at The Broadway Bradford brought along an army of fans.

Tiana, who is just 11-years-old, has more than 18 million subscribers across her three YouTube channels, and pulls in more than 3 billion video views per year.

It all began with simple toy reviews, but has now expanded to pranks and Vlogs, with her family also included.

The famous YouTuber was in The Broadway to launch her own Pop-Up Shop - "Hearts by Tiana" - and meet her adoring fans.

From as early as 9am this morning, families were out queuing to get a chance to meet the star.

There were even crowd control barriers put up outside in anticipation.

On getting into The Bradford Broadway from the entrance near Debenhams, there was another section of queuing.

This then filtered to the main bulk in the middle of the shopping centre, who then made their way to a final queue just outside the shop.

Zoey, 10, had just joined the first indoor line with dad Andy, and had been queuing for half-an-hour, when the T&A spoke to them.

Zoey described herself as a "big fan" and said she watches Tiana every day.

She added: "I like her personality and how entertaining she is and how many good friends she has."

The young fan was very excited to meet Tiana in the flesh and purchase some merchandise from the "Hearts by Tiana" Pop-Up Shop.

Zoey said: "I want the Christmas calendars and an official member's shirt."

While dad Andy isn't quite part of the "hype" himself, he sees it as a positive thing.

He said: "She likes watching the videos and enjoys them, so it's an easy two hours of the day waiting here for someone who she likes following.

"It's something kids enjoy these days."

Tiana had three scheduled meeting times throughout the day.

But she also brought the energy and brightened a damp day with two special crowd walks.

Spurred on by Tiana's dad with a megaphone, the queuing fans broke out into a chorus of "TT Squad" - the nickname for the star's subscribers.

There was one group who had travelled from Hull just to catch a glimpse of their favourite YouTuber.

The three kids, Lennon, Elsa, and Isla were bubbling with excitement.

All three gave their reasons for why they love Tiana so much.

Elsa said: "Because she does lots of giveaways".

Meanwhile, Lennon said: "I really like the pranks she does".

While Isla said: "I think her daddy is really funny".

Some queued up to three hours for a meet-and-greet with Tiana and the lines continued all day.

Deputy Centre Manager Dave Downes: "There’s been a great atmosphere in the centre and we’re certain it’ll be just as busy, if not busier tomorrow when we do it all again".

For those who missed out, there is still an opportunity to meet the child sensation tomorrow.

Tiana will be meeting fans inside the shop at 11am and 2pm.

She will be walking the queue at 1pm and 4pm.

It is expected to be just as busy so get there are early as possible.

The T&A is hoping to pull together a gallery of all your pics from the event.

If you want to get involved then you can get in touch in a number of ways.
