BRADFORD4Better is on a mission to bring people together with two major community events.
There will be a tea party with a light lunch this Sunday for litter-pick co-ordinators across the district.
It will be a chance for people to learn about other litter-pickers’ successes and share best practice on how to lead them.
The meet-up will take place between 1.30pm and 3.30pm for litter-pick co-ordinators across Yorkshire.
Meanwhile as the festive season gets started, the pressure group is planning a Christmas dinner for isolated residents with a local business is offering their venue for free.
The dinner will serve those who have no family or those left alone during Christmas while services will be recommending people in need of good company.
Food donations and volunteers are welcomed.
