WHEN the first frost of the year hit Bradford it wasn't long before police stopped a car for having dangerously poor visibility.
The Keighley force came across the driver after stopping at a petrol station.
The car's frosted-up windows were believed to be the driver's only sin but then they drove off without warming the car up as advised.
After being stopped for a second time, the car was found to have no insurance.
A member of Keighley's policing team said: "Don’t pull into a petrol station next to a police officer with a frosted up car and no visibility.
"Also don’t then drive off without warming up the car despite the warning.
"You will be stopped, oh and make sure you have insurance."
