The scene on Dewsbury Road, Cleckheaton
THERE were dramatic scenes on a busy town centre road this evening.
Police swooped on Dewsbury Road, outside Kirklees Mobility, at around 5.45pm.
Frederic Thomas Miller took this photograph of the dramatic scene.
He said armed police blocked in a silver car, thought to be a taxi, before dragging a male passenger out and cuffing him.
He said the passenger side of the car was then searched.
The Telegraph & Argus contacted West Yorkshire Police for comment, but the force was unable to provide any details at this time.
