BRADFORD’S historical Bolling Hall Museum and Library will be transformed in to a Winter Wonderland for a Christmas event on Saturday 7 December from 11am to 3pm.

The event, organised by The Friends of Bowling Park will feature a number of market stalls and activities in the old hall.

There will be a cake stall, a tombola, sweet stall, craft stalls, face painting and winter crafts. Children will also get the chance to meet Father Christmas for a small charge.

Entry to the event is free, although donations are welcome.

Dickensian Christmas market returns to Clayton

Lizzie Llabres, Curator of Industrial and Social History at Bolling Hall Museum, said: “The Winter Wonderland event has become a great annual event, encouraging people to visit our wonderful Bolling Hall Museum and helping them to get in to the festive spirit as they prepare for Christmas. There are some lovely stalls where people can pick up some early Christmas presents.

“The Winter Wonderland event is one of a wide range of events and activities as part of the Sparkling Bradford Christmas campaign. The campaign brings together all the fantastic things that people can see, do or take part in during whole of the festive season.”
