POLICE have seized a scooter from a driver who committed two offences.
The West Yorkshire Police Roads Policing Unit spotted the vehicle in Bradford.
Officers brought the scooter to a halt because the driver was "found to be driving otherwise than in accordance with his licence".
The driver also had the wrong insurance.
The vehicle was seized and the driver was reported.
