A DRIVER had their car seized after driving it in an anti-social way.
The Volkswagen was seized under Section 59 powers, which allows police to give drivers a warning if they are reported to have used their vehicle in a manner which causes alarm, distress or annoyance.
If reported to have done so again within a year, police can confiscate the vehicle
This car had already been issued with a warning within the last 12 months, but had recently been driven in an anti-social way in the Great Horton area.
A spokesperson for the Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "Fantastic result in our area - great to get another anti-social driver off the roads.
"Please keep reporting any information you have of any vehicles being driven in an anti-social manner, with as much detail as possible using our various reporting methods: 101, online, via email to bradfordsouthnt@westyorkshire.pnn.police.uk or bd.steerside@westyorkshire.pnn.police.uk or 999 if it is an emergency."
