The Mercedes C-class that was stopped
A MERCEDES C-class has been seized after the driver used it despite declaring it was off the road.
The vehicle was stopped by West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit at Chain Bar having left the M62.
The driver had declared the vehicle SORN but continued using it.
It was seized and a report submitted to the DVLA for further process.
