A POLICE officer has been injured after he and colleagues tried to arrest three suspects fleeing from a stolen car stopped in Keighley.
Traffic Constable Andrew Ingram, of North Yorkshire Police, tweeted the picture of his Roads Policing Group colleague who managed to get hold of one suspect who "wasn't stopping" but was assaulted in the process.
TC Ingram said his colleague was OK.
He said: "Unfortunately emergency services get treated badly at times."
The vehicle was stolen in Sutton in Craven.
