BRITISH TRANSPORT Police has confirmed a person was taken ill on a train service from Skipton to Bradford Forster Square this afternoon.
A response team attended Crossflatts station at 2pm to deal with the incident involving the 1.34pm train service.
Reports are circulating on social media that a stranger and the conductors attempted CPR on the unwell passenger.
The status of the unwell commuter is unknown.
British Transport Police said it was a matter for Yorkshire Ambulance while Yorkshire Ambulance said it was a matter for the British Transport Police.
