RICHARD Dunn sports centre has been confirmed as the location of one of the two count venues in the district for next month's General Election.
Votes cast in the three Bradford constituencies have long been counted at the sports centre, but despite its closure to the public ahead of the snap December 12 election, the Council has confirmed that the traditional venue will be used again.

A replacement sports facility - Sedbergh Leisure Centre - will officially open its doors to the public on November 16.
The Richard Dunn centre is to be demolished, but this is now expected to take place in the New Year.

Votes cast in the Keighley and Shipley constituencies will continue to be counted at Keighley Leisure Centre.
