A Bradford teenager said to be aged just 13 has appeared in front of a crown court judge accused of involvement in supplying Class A drugs.

The youngster, whose date of birth is being checked by the prosecution, appeared in the dock at Bradford Crown Court today (Tues) alongside four other men following a police investigation into heroin and cocaine dealing.

The boy, who may be 15, formally pleaded not guilty to three charges of being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine on two days in May this year.

Three other Bradford men Hamza Shakeel, 23, of Kimberley Street, Bakhthyar Ali, 23, Gladstone Street, and Kristian Feko, 18, of Woodhall Avenue, all pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine between January and July this year.

A fourth man Miloslav Makula, 21, of Woodhall Terrace, Bradford, also pleaded not guilty to a being concerned in the supply of cocaine on a day in June.

Judge Colin Burn was told that the trial was expected to last about two weeks and he confirmed that the trial had been fixed to start on May 11 next year.

The teenager, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, and the four men were all released on bail until the trial.

All four men have a condition attached to their bail that they comply with an electronically monitored night time curfew.
