AIR Ambulance has confirmed yesterday's helicopter landing in Thackley was due to an individual suffering a heart attack.
Photographer Thomas Gadd snapped the helicopter touching down on a patch of land on Wednesday.
At the time, it was not known as to why the service had been needed.
But, Yorkshire Air Ambulance confirmed today that an individual had suffered a cardiac arrest.
The independent Air Ambulance charity was called to the scene, off Crooked Lane, in Thackley at 12pm.
The individual was then flown to hospital.
