An animal rights activist was due to go on trial tomorrow on charges of blackmail.
Suzanne Jaggers, 35, of Upper Sackville Street, Skipton, had previously denied being involved in a blackmail plot.
She was due to face trial before Judge Jennifer Kershaw, QC, at Bradford Crown Court on two charges of blackmail. The trial is expected to last two days.
Jaggers was arrested earlier this year during a series of national and international police raids targeting animal rights extremism. A total of 32 people were arrested in the operation.
It is alleged she made a series of demands with menace to the owner of a dog kennel business on behalf of herself or Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty.
