After four successful years of providing quality food and service Ron’s Bistro, of The Parade, Headingley, Leeds, moved their ideas into Bradford, hoping the Upper Piccadilly venture would be the first of a small chain of bistros covering West Yorkshire.
Scoffs was spacious, seating up to a maximum of 120 people at any one time. Ideal for that 18th birthday party or any other type of special occasion.
