POLICE have revealed a burglar who was armed with a knife has been caught.
In an update, Sergeant Softley, of the Keighley Neighbourhood Policing Team, tweeted: "#OperationKeighleyJemlock tackling our most violent and tooled up baddies..female armed with a knife who burgled a 64 year man now locked up by #KeighleyNPT fantastic job."
Operation Jemlock is a police initiative to reduce knife and serious violent crime.
It began in April of this year, when a meeting led to a number of forces being handed funding to dedicate time to tackle these sorts of crimes.
