PLANS to redevelop the former Yorkshire Water waste treatment site, at Esholt, into a development of 150 homes and a one-million square foot industrial development, were aired at a meeting at Bradford Grammar School recently.

Members of West and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce attended a breakfast session at the school to hear from Keyland Developments and their consultants.

The event also heard from senior management at the school and the developer of the new sports barn there.

WYG’s Marianne McCallum, who chairs Bradford Chamber’s Property Forum, said afterwards:

“It was a very useful meeting, as they always are. An in-depth analysis of the planned development at Esholt was well-received."

Grammar school bursar Gail Monnickendam added: “We are keen to engage more with the local business community and with the chamber of commerce to support growth and development and we made some useful contacts at the property forum event.”
