He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BARRY EDWARD EDDY, 52, of Usher Drive, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver in Banbury between May 17 and June 14. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHARLES ELWORTHY, 57, of Spring Hill Road, Begbroke, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver in Banbury between May 7 and June 4. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

William Wade HANDLEY, 66, of Osney Close, Hook Norton, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Banbury Road, Oxford, on April 29. He was fined £76 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

IMRAN KAMRAN, 33, of Lakefield Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 80 mph in a 50 mph area at Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on March 5. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BRANDON ANTHONY KRUGEL, 35, St Kenelms Close, Minster Lovell, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Woodstock Road, Oxford, on February 14. He was fined £141 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ALEXANDRE MOLOGNI, 44, of Bleache Place, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver in Banbury between May 7 and June 4. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KELLIE MARIE MORGAN, 36, of Lashford Lane, Dry Sandford, was convicted of speeding by driving 38 mph in a 30 mph area at Besselsleigh Road, Wootton, on March 21. She was fined £33 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JAMILA NAJAR, 34, of Colemans Hill, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 55 mph in a 40 mph area at the A41 Bicester on February 10. She was fined £107 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MARK CORNER, 42, of Artbury Banks, Chipping Warden, admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on August 19 at Morrisons, Banbury as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was fined a total of £225 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

TOM GEORGE COUSINS, 34, of The Fosseway, Brize Norton, admitted between August 31 and September 4 breaching a domestic violence protection order by sending messages and commenting on Facebook photos. He was jailed for 14 days.

MARK DEAKIN, 40, of Hamble Road in Didcot, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public, namely Broadway Pub in Didcot. Also admitted being in possession of cannabis on the same day. Fined £175 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32, plus £85 court costs.

ZACK HIGGINS, 28, of Flemming Avenue, Chalgrove, admitted drink driving in Mill Lane, Chalgrove, on August 3. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £32 plus £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ANTHONY PATCHING, 49, of Foxtail Crescent in Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order namely to attend induction appointments on July 2, July 9 and unpaid work on the same dates. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

JONATHON STEAR, Gillett Road in Banbury, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £175 on January 27 in Banbury. Given a community order to undertake 100 hours unpaid work. Must pay £200 compensation and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs.

ALISON BRITTON, 46, of Orchard End in Waterstock, convicted of speeding on March 4 along the A355 Farnham Road in Slough. Found to be doing 38mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

BIRAIMA CAMARA, 35, of Elder Way in Oxford, admitted speeding on the Banbury Road on April 20. Found to be doing 35mph in a 30mph stretch of road. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Three points added to driving licence.

ALLAN COOPER, 42, of Orchard Lane in Caversfield, Bicester, convicted of speeding on December 16 on the A41 in Bicester. Found to be doing 46mph in the 40mph stretch of road. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

PAULO FROIS, 30, of Newport Close in Kidlington, convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on the Cowley Road on March 13. Fined £141 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

BASSAM GHAIDA, 51, of Stanley Close in Oxford, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between April 5 and May 3 in Banbury. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

KATHLEEN ROWELL, 48, of Westminster Way in Banbury, convicted of speeding on February 16 along the A4165 Banbury Road. Found to be doing 35mph on the 30mph stretch of road. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

SHOFIK TOWNSEND, 42, of no fixed abode admitted failing to comply with requirements of a sex offenders register namely failed to report to a specified police station on September 2. Also admitted the offence happened while subject to a suspended sentence. Sentenced to prison for six weeks as its the ninth failure to comply with the order. Ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge.
