OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

Scott Anthony James BUTLER, 29, of Addison Crescent, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order of a suspended sentence by failing to attend an appointment with the responsible officer on June 20 and July 25. He was fined £200 and must pay court costs of £60.

BAILEY ELIOT BACON, 21, of Edinburgh Close, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 2 at Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CONSTANTIN BUSA, 30, of West Street, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on March 1 at Middleton Road, Banbury. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

TIMOTHY BRIAN CUMMINGS, 35, of Wellington Square, Watchfield, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 20 in Milton Keynes. He was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PAUL DAVID GAMMON, 50, of Alpha Avenue, Garsington, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on March 13 at Grenoble Road, Oxford. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Ian DAVID PRICE, 60, of Duxford Close, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on March 29 at Hitchcock Way, Didcot. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDREW BURNS-MACKIE, 26, of Palmer Avenue, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance, and possession of cocaine and cannabis on May 19 in Bicester. He was fined a total of £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

David Paul HETHERINGTON, 43, of Savile Way, Grove, was convicted of persistently making use of a public network to cause annoyance on February 25 in Grove. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £200.

JOSHUA JOSPEH CURTIS, 21, of Ribston Close, Banbury, admitted harassment without violence by sending numerous Facebook messages to a man stating he was a paedophile between March 21 and 25 in Didcot. He was jailed for 12 weeks, made subject to a restraining order against his victim and must pay compensation of £100.

James Patrick MANGAN, 47, of Green Close, Benson, admitted assaulting a woman in Wallingford on May 31. He was jailed for 16 weeks, made subject to a restraining order against his victim and must pay compensation of £100.

Keith ENGLAND, 55, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man and was found guilty of assaulting a woman in Banbury on May 5. He was made subject to a community oder to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation totalling £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £250. He was also made subject to a restraining order against his victim.

LUKE GRANT, 33, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted criminal damage on June 7 to a van belonging to Aussie Van Company. Also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause fear on the same day. Sentenced to four weeks in prison as offence so serious involving spitting and smearing blood on someone. Also ordered to pay £150 compensation.

SCOTT SMITM, 25, of Besselsleigh Road, Wootton near Abingdon, admitted criminal damage by destroying a cat flap worth £70 in Hamble Road, Didcot, on July 16. Given a conditional discharge for six months, and ordered to pay £70 compensation.

JAMES BAGBY, 19, of Chinalls Close in Finmere, near Bicester, admitted assault by beating on March 10 in Oxford. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £100 compensation. Must also pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

DALE COLLEY, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing six items of men’s skin care worth £130.86 from Boots in Oxford on September 4. Also admitted stealing three watches, a bottle of wine, and a sandwich worth £108.50 from Marks and Spencer, Oxford, and assaulting a police officer on the same day. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £80 compensation.

JAKE DEAN, 22, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating on August 18 in Oxford, and admitted assaulting a police officer on the same day. Also failed to surrender to custody on August 18 at Abingdon Police Station. Fined £355 and ordered to pay £150 compensation, plus £85 court costs.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 58, of no fixed abode admitted being drunk and disorderly in Oxford at Foll Bridge on August 2. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge.

DANIEL WILLIAMS, 24, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving in Hopshill Lane, Saundersfoot in Pembrokeshire on May 5. Found to have cannabis in his blood. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £40 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

JOLANTA RUTKOWSKA, 43, of Woodgreen Avenue in Banbury, convicted of failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on December 12. Also admitted driving a vehicle without the correct insurance or licence, and wasn't wearing a seatbelt on the same day in Oxford Road, Banbury. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £29.97 victim surcharge, plus £960 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

IOANNIS APOSTOLOU, 36, of Hurst Street, Oxford, admitted failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle between May 3 and May 31 in Banbury. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs.

ROSTAN BAILEY, 45, of Fairfax Avenue, Oxford, convicted of speeding on February 12 in Marston Road, Oxford. Found to be doing 35mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

CHARLES CAULKET, 44, of South Row in Chilton, Didcot, failed to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 8 and June 5 in Banbury. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 surcharge to fund victim services, as well as £85 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.
