Age UK Bradford District is celebrating this year's Older People's Day with a number of events across the district.
Recognised by the United Nations, the day is treated as an opportunity to acknowledge the contributions and achievements of older people.

Wednesday, October 2
-Coffee Morning at the Age UK Bradford District Allerton shop, 10-1pm
-Coffee Morning at the Age UK Bradford District Wrose shop, 10-2pm
-Coffee Morning at the Age UK Bradford District Wibsey shop, 9.30-11.30pm
Friday, October 4
-Fundraising activity from 9am until 4.30pm at Five Lane Ends Morrisons.
The charity has also created 'buddies' for isolated pensioners. Buddies can receive an invitation to a Buddy Event every year, a discount Card for all Age UK Bradford District shops and more.
