POLICE officers investigating the disappearance of a 64-year-old man have recovered a body in North Yorkshire.
West Yorkshire Police appealed for public's help on Thursday to trace Steve Convery from Bingley.
His family have been informed of the development. There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances.
The appeal was shared widely by people across Facebook and Twitter.
West Yorkshire Police said: "Officers investigating the disappearance of Steve Convery of Bingley have recovered a body in the North Yorkshire area.
"It is believed to be that of a man in his sixties and family have been informed of the development.
"There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances."
