TWO significant new deals have been completed at a business park close to Junction 25 of the M62, which was developed by Bradford's Frank Marshall Estates.
The firm, which is behind the successful Newhall Business Park close to the M606 in Bradford, developed the £3 million six-unit Bridge Business Park in Huddersfield speculatively.
Aluminium and glazing specialists HWA have taken 18,000 sq ft across two units, while PTFE Flex are moving into a 7,000 sq ft unit.
Only one final unit of 6,000 sq ft is now unoccupied.
Edward Marshall said: “We are delighted with these two new deals, which means the park is almost full only a year after completion. It is a pleasure to welcome our two new tenants.
“Speaking more generally, the M62 corridor is now one of the hotspots for industrial property in West Yorkshire, providing swift access to both the East Coast and the West Coast ports, as well as linking into the UK’s superb motorway network. It’s logistics gold dust."
Sniffers Pet Care was the first to take up space at the development.
