ROAD closures and diversions are taking place at three location across the district in the coming month as resurfacing work takes place.

Bradford Council has confirmed that Lawkholme Lane in Keighley, the B6265 Keighley Road in Crossflatts, and the B6160 Bolton Road in Addingham, will all be affected by the highways improvement works.

Lawkholme Lane in Keighley, between Cavendish Street and Emily Street, will be closed from September 30 September for six weekdays between 9am and 3pm, and on Sunday, October 6, from 7am.

Temporary signal lights will be in place at Keighley Road in Crossflatts between Castlefields Lane and Laurel Grove, from 9:30am to 7pm , from October 28, for three days.

In addition Bolton Road in Addingham between The Acres and the bridge 60 metres south of Aynholme Drive will be closed from October 30, for three weekdays 7am and 7pm.

Information about these works will be fully signed and diversions will be in place.

The Council apologised for any inconvenience the road closures and diversions may cause, but added that the works are essential and will improve the road surface.
