A Bradford company which creates e-learning systems for clients in 23 countries is expanding further with the help of a six-figure sum from NPIF – Mercia Debt Finance, managed by Mercia.

The financial boost, part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, will help Titus Learning increase the size of its team by 50 per cent over the next two years with the creation of ten new jobs.

Based in Saltaire, the company provides tailored online learning platforms, allowing organisations to create training content, assess users, and report on progress.

Sebastian Francis, who co-founded the company with Michael Bennett, said: "We've been fortunate to experience great organic growth in the UK and overseas, however this investment will allow us to accelerate that. It will help us to expand sales, further develop our services for the corporate market to ensure we are providing the best possible online learning solutions, and recruit the best staff."

Titus plans to hire developers, build its sales and marketing team and for more international expansion.
