THIS afternoon's performance of Priscilla Queen of the Desert at the Alhambra has been cancelled.
A statement from Bradford Theatres spokesman said: "Due to unforeseen problems, this matinee performance of Priscilla Queen of the Desert on Wednesday, September 18, at 2pm, has unfortunately had to be cancelled. Bradford Theatres will contact all customers to hopefully offer alternative performances or if not suitable a refund in full."
Bradford Theatres has not revealed the reason for the cancellation.
The show, starring Joe McFadden, about three friends on a road trip across the Australian outback to put on a drag show, opened at the Alhambra last night and is due to run until Saturday.
A review of last night's performance will be on the T&A website later today.
