A RUSH-HOUR crash on a major commuter motorway caused temporary delays this afternoon.
The incident occurred on the M62 eastbound, between junction 25 (Brighouse) and junction 26 (M606), just past Hartshead Moor Services.
Police were called to reports of a collision at around 4:35pm.
It is believed three vehicles were involved, including two cars and a lorry.
A police spokesperson said there were no injuries and nobody was trapped.
Two outside lanes were blocked on the eastbound carriageway as a result of the crash.
Police put on a full closure, but that was released at around 5:09pm.
