Plans for a new children's soft play centre have been resubmitted after being refused.
Concerns had been raised over a proposal to convert a former tool workshop business on Ash Terrace in Bingley to a children's play centre.
Traffic officers said the proposals did not provide enough parking spaces.
A Transport Assessment submitted with the new application says the "adjacent highway network can adequately accommodate the parking and traffic impact".
It says the site is in a "highly sustainable location" and the redevelopment is considered acceptable as parking requirements are similar to the existing requirements, a safe on-site parking layout is proposed, time restrictions will avoid peak school times, minimal traffic generation not considered "severe" and the proposals remove the need for large vehicle deliveries.
