THERE’s less than a week to make your views on the proposals for the development of Conwy county known to the local authority.

The Local Development Plan (LDP) sets out the planning strategy for future development. The public is consulted for its views on the various options for development

A Conwy council spokesperson said: “The Conwy Local Development Plan must be reviewed every four years, and this consultation is a key part of the review process.

“Over the last two months, the public have been invited to submit their views on the LDP preferred strategy, which includes details of key places; scale of change; sites that are key to delivering the LDP; and infrastructure that’s needed; along with information on how the LDP will be implemented and delivered.”

“Public consultation on the Local Development Plan closes on 20 September.
