THERE are a number of planned roadworks across the region from tomorrow until next Sunday (September 22).
From tomorrow night (September 16) the westbound carriageway of the M62, between junction 27 (Gildersome) and junction 26 (Chain Bar) will be fully closed overnight for five nights for improvement work.
The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, and drivers will be able to follow clearly signed diversion routes.
The eastbound exit sliproad of the M62 at junction 25 (Brighouse) will be fully closed overnight on Friday for barrier repairs.
The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am. Diversion routes will be in place.
A Highways England spokesperson said these could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances and all improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.
