FUNDING has been granted to a service supporting people who become homeless after leaving prison.
Bradford Cyrenians has been given a further three years' of funding by the Lottery's Community Fund for its financial commitment from its Supported Tenancies Offenders Project (STOP).
Rubina Bokhari, Chief Executive, said: "The Lottery's continued support and investment in our service is a testament to the STOP team’s hard work and dedication in working with clients who often become homeless after leaving prison.
"Our service is aimed at breaking the cycle of re-offending behaviour and preventing vulnerable people becoming homeless or turning to rough sleeping."
