CIRCUS Starr is offering free tickets to vulnerable and disabled children as part of its visit to Warrington.

The not-for-profit big top experience will be at Victoria Park on September 24 as part of its 148 date tour of the UK.

Thanks to support from businesses in the area, the community interest community is able to put on shows for children with disabilities or life-limiting conditions, families on low incomes and those facing challenges such as domestic violence or bereavement.

Inside the big top they will meet ringmaster Bippo, experience classic circus skills with diablo performer Ross Walters and a Russian swing act and watch the Havana Troupe launch off springboards.

In between, female clown Andreea returns to share some smiles with those who need it most.

Director Michelle Crossley said: “A visit to Circus Starr can give a child the rare opportunity to experience the inspiring world of circus in an environment where all of their needs are met.

“The atmosphere in our big top is warm, friendly and extremely relaxed.

“Children are encouraged to be themselves – shout out, move around, dance or take time out if they need to.

“We have seen time and time again the positive impact that a visit to our show can have, and it makes us so proud of what we do.”

Circus Starr, which gives out £1.37million worth of free circus tickets every year, will visit Victoria Park on September 24.
