A BRADFORD school has been recognised for its outstanding mental health and wellbeing services.
Hoyle Court Primary School was awarded the School Mental Health Award which is delivered by the Carnegie Centre of Excellence.
The school provides a wide range of activities to boost the wellbeing of children, parents and staff, including peer friendship groups and working closely with the NHS.
Emphasis is placed on developing strong, caring and trusting relationships between parents, staff and children.
Headteacher Tim Phillips said: "I am extremely proud of all our staff, and particularly Mrs Poole and Mrs Sheard our deputy headteacher and pupil-parent support manager for all their work in ensuring our school offers the very best mental health support for our children, parents and staff."
