Toddler knocked over on Leeds Road
A THREE-YEAR-OLD was taken to hospital after she was knocked over on Leeds Road.
The girl was reportedly struck by a white Mitsubishi at 5.12pm yesterday and Yorkshire Air Ambulance attended the scene close to the Gipsy Street and Dick Lane roundabout.
She was initially thought to have serious injuries and was taken to Leeds General Infirmary by road ambulance, but was checked over and suffered only minor injuries.
West Yorkshire Police said they have spoken to the driver of the car and are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
