PLANS to turn an empty office building on the fork of a road into a restaurant has been submitted to Bradford Council.
The 75 square metre, two storey building on Parkside Road, near the road’s junction with Manchester Road, has a tiny frontage, barely wider than the door to the unit.
But the building widens the further in you get.
Now a planning application to turn the office, which the application says closed in October last year, into a restaurant has been revealed.
Bradford's 3 Singhs Indian restaurant is up for sale
The application, by Mr R Ali, says the restaurant would create five full time jobs, and that the business would open between noon and 11pm.
The plans show space for around 48 diners over two floors in the proposed restaurant.
A decision on the planning application is expected in late October.
