Bradford Toy Library is set to get two new members of staff, five days a week, for the next two years thanks to funding from the National Lottery.
The organisation was also granted more than £9,000 to offer support to families with babies born with spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
The project, Pop In and Play, aims to provide group sessions for support and advice from professionals on toys and play that will help to enrich their children’s lives.
It is part of a five year plan created in collaboration with the lottery, which revealed the fund boost to the volunteers last week.
A spokesperson for Bradford Toy Library said: "We are very excited about the future and the opportunities and exciting activities we are going to offer."
