TIMOTHY Taylor chief executive Tim Dewey will be the guest speaker at a meeting next week of Keighley and District Local History Society.
Mr Dewey (pictured) will talk about the firm and its history.
The brewery was founded in 1858 and moved to its present Knowle Spring site, at Ingrow, five years later.
A society spokesman said: “Among other premises, the brewery currently operates the Lord Rodney in Church Green – on the site of what was probably the earliest inn in Keighley – and it runs the smallest pub in the town, the Boltmakers’ Arms on East Parade.”
The meeting takes place upstairs at Keighley Library on Wednesday, September 11. Doors open at 7pm.
Admission is £3, or £1 for society members.
