AUCTIONEERS are set to sell off a patch of land near the Valley Parade stadium complete with its own billboards.

Stretton's September auction features a series of land investments located across the country sold on behalf of advertising agency JC Decaux.

Currently used as locations for billboards, many of the sites have development potential, subject to all necessary consents.

In Bradford, the billboards site is located on Manningham Lane at its junction with Burlington Street. The 1,040 sq ft freehold site is offered vacant and has a guide price of £28,000 to £30,000.

Strettons’ director Philip Waterfield said: “The plots are the latest in a series of land investment sites we have sold on behalf of JC Decaux.

"Given their use as billboard locations, many of the sites sit in prominent positions so could suit a range of uses, from keeping them as advertising locations, to developing them into houses, subject to the necessary consents.”

The auction will take place at noon on Wednesday, September 11, in a London hotel.
