A COMMUNITY radio station has been awarded a cash boost to support talented young musicians.
Bradford Community Broadcasting (BCB106.6fm) has received the backing from the Youth Music charity to support the development of youth music in Bradford.
BCB will be supporting young people from diverse communities and help more musicians to perform live in the city.
Through a series of regular workshops, the performers will learn all the skills needed to put on live events themselves.
The first taster session for the project will be held at BCB Studios, 11 Rawson Road, BD1 3SH, on Friday from 2pm to 5pm. Anyone is welcome to come and find out how they can get involved.
