THERE was a dramatic scene on J25 (Brighouse) of the M62 yesterday morning, after a black Audi came a cropper at the hands of a red HGV.
A West Yorkshire Police traffic officer tweeted pictures of the scene, after attending the incident just after 10am.
He said: "I was deployed by the West Yorkshire Police Force Command Hub to an RTC on the M62 in Brighouse.
"A red HGV has collided with a black Audi. The Audi is wedged across the front of the HGV on a busy motorway.
"Overhead signs are warning of an obstruction."
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson confirmed: "We were called to the incident at 10:11am but there were no injuries.
"It was a damage only collision."
