MORE than £4 million worth of scholarships are being offered by the University of Bradford to get more people into postgraduate study.

The School of Management at the university are offering the scholarships to help people further their career, or start a new one.

They are offered in areas such as digital marketing, data analytics, leadership, technology, entrepreneurship and other global business issues.

The grants are available to UK and international students and are given on the basis of academic excellence, personal circumstances or personal hardship.

Professor Zahir Irani, Dean of Management, Law and Social Sciences, said: “Postgraduate study can help take your knowledge and career to the next level.

“We want as many people as possible to have access to further education and hope these scholarships will enable their dream to become a reality.

“We know many students are held back from doing a postgraduate degree due to financial worries or time constraints, and we hope with these scholarships and our flexible courses, we can encourage more people to look into postgraduate courses as a viable next step in their career.”
