AN application to build five houses on a site in Queensbury have been submitted to Bradford Council.
Stott Building Contractors is planning to build five four bed houses on an area of land off Thornton Road.
A similar application to build four houses on the site was approved in 2015, but never built.
The site is described as an “un-maintained area of open space.”

The development would include parking spaces for 10 vehicles.
The planning application says: "Presently the area is used by dog walkers, evident from the amount of fouling that has taken place on the site.”
If the plans are approved a dry stone wall on the site will be repaired.
A decision on the application is expected in October.
