AN 18-YEAR-OLD was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs yesterday evening after a crash in Thornton.
Fairweather Green Fire Station confirmed that they had fire crews in attendance, while the road was closed for a time as council workers cleared debris away.
Releasing a statement on the incident, West Yorkshire Police said: "At 6.03pm yesterday, police received a report of a road traffic collision in Cockin Lane, Bradford.
"This was found to have involved a Ford Fiesta and a Volkswagen Caddy van.
"Emergency services attended and treated the occupants for injuries.
"An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs. He was later released under investigation for further enquiries to be made."
