The Skipton-East Lancashire Rail Action Partnership is running a charter train from Colne to Skipton on Sunday.
The ride will highlight its campaign for the 11.5-mile "missing rail link" between the two towns to be restored as part of the national rail network.
It follows the first Colne-Skipton charter train on April 1 this year.
The train leaves Colne at 9.58am and, after calling at intermediate stations and reversing at Blackburn and Hellifield, arrives at Skipton at 11.37am.
The return journey leaves Skipton at 2.10pm, travelling via Leeds, Bradford, Hebden Bridge and Burnley, before arriving at Colne at 4.16pm.
Tickets for the four-carriage, 300-seater train are £20 for adults £12 for children and are available from Althams in Skipton.
