A VAN driver with no insurance was stopped in Bradford yesterday, with the vehicle seized as a result.
The incident took place on Tong Street, and it was not just a lack of insurance that was the problem, as the van also had an expired VEL (vehicle excise licence).
The driver is now facing a court appearance.
