Kirkgate Shopping Centre transformed into a jungle at the weekend as roaring animals visited the centre.
The centre celebrated the brand new release of blockbuster film ‘The Lion King’ by bringing the story to life in a one day event.
Animal characters wandered the centre, meeting and greeting shoppers and posing for photographs.
Children also transformed into a variety of jungle animals at the face painting station and made their own animal masks.
The centre is hosting another free event this Saturday when families will step into an intergalactic world. Shoppers can step inside a fantastic planetarium and indulge in educational fun of learning about the solar system. Visitors will need to book a place online via the centre’s Facebook page.
