Nominations are now open for the Sovereign Health Care Awards ahead of Bradford & District disability history month.
Categories include Best Practice in Employment of Disabled People, Made a Difference Award, Health and Wellbeing Award, Organisations or Community Groups - Made a Difference Award and the Disabled Person of the Year Award.
Applications are open until Monday, October 28, when judges will begin to find the winners.
This year’s event, held in partnership with Bradford & District Disabled People's Forum, will take place at the Bradford Hotel, Hall Ings, in Bradford on Thursday, December 5.
People can complete nominations by visiting the Bradford & District Disabled People's Forum website.
