A FORMER classmate of David Hockney has taken a step back in time by returning for a tour at Bradford College.
Kathleen Fitzpatrick studied alongside Britain’s greatest living artist at Bradford Regional Art School in the 1950s, sitting next to him in classes.
She went back to the future when she stopped by Bradford College, which has changed a lot since her school days, including taking a tour of the £50 million David Hockney Building and seeing the facilities current art students enjoy.
Ms Fitzpatrick, 82, of East Bowling, said: “Being at art college was a wonderful period of my life.
“It was lovely to come back and see what it is like now. The facilities are very impressive.”
An open day is being held at the college on Thursday, August 22.
