NO seatbelt. No insurance. Driving along a pavement.

These are some of the issues Bradford drivers were stopped for yesterday.

PC Claire Gray, a Roads Policing Officer, shared some of her experiences on Twitter.

She said one vehicle was stopped due to the manner of driving and the driver not wearing a seatbelt.

The driver was then found to have no insurance and was reported for both offences. The car, a VW, was seized.

Another driver was stopped as he failed to look properly and pulled out of a junction, causing PC Gray to brake heavily.

The driver of the BMW was found to be uninsured. They were reported and the vehicle was seized.

And another driver was issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice for "driving fully along the pavement".

PC Gray said: "Excuse of the driver was 'I was running late for work'. Not acceptable."
