A BURST water main has partially blocked the A658 Green Lane in Yeadon both ways, causing heavy traffic.
The burst is between Belmont Grove and Focus Way.
Callers report that a patch of the road surface has lifted.
Yorkshire Water says workers are urgently working on repairs.
